Here are the steps:
1. Contact me about finding you a tenant. We will discuss your rental objectives and how to best achieve them.
2. We sign a Listing Agreement. The Listing Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the listing, including the listing service fee. The listing service fee is one month's rent plus applicable taxes.
3. I manage the rental listing over the agreed upon time. That includes advertising, responding to all inquiries, booking viewings, showing the property, writing offers and verifyinf the employment and credit of tenant applicants.
4. Upon your choice of the pre-qualified applicant I finalize for you all lease agreement paperwork.
